"How do I place a custom wig order if I would like to provide my own hair?"

Please go to our "Custom Wigs" page and add the corresponding construction that matches the lace you will be providing to your cart. Once your order has been placed you will receive and email with the drop-off location or shipping address, if needed. 

"What is the average head circumference?"

"What if I do not know my head circumference?"

That can easily be measured at home with measuring tape.

"Can I provide my own hair?"

Yes, but the hair must be CLEAN, THREAD-FREE, and LABELED (length) and a  new lace is REQUIRED. If not, we will not be able to complete your order. Once order is placed additional instructions will be given.

"I want color to my wig, how can I do that?"

For all color request email getlacedbyk@gmail.com BEFORE ordering.

"What if I want something else added to my custom wig?"

For all additional custom requests please list them in the comments section located in your cart. 

"What type of lace do you offer?"

The Laced Kollection provides transparent, HD, light brown, and brown lace. 

Hair FAQs

"How many bundles should I order?"

10'-16'= 2-3 bundles | 18'-24'= 3-4 bundles | 26'-40'= 4-5 bundles

"Can the hair be bleached?"

Yes, the hair can be bleached to #24 color. 

"Does the hair shed?"

Any hair that has been manufactured to be stitched on a weft is entitled to experience minimum shedding which is absolutely normal. Minimum shedding meaning (the hair will be never have a noticeable or drastic decrease in its density or volume. However, proper maintenance is extremely important and advised.

"How long does the hair last?"

Your extensions usage depends on how properly well managed, with proper care your extensions should last 1-3 years with virgin hair and 2-5 years with luxury raw hair.You machine made unit will last 2-3 years guaranteed ( you may need to replace closure or frontal depending on wear and maintenance )

"How do I book a 1 on 1 Class Session?"

To book your 1 on 1 Wig Making Course you need to book using this link 

"Do I provide my own sewing machine?"

Everything that you will need for your 1 on 1 course will be provided for you. No, you do not need to bring your own sewing machine.

"How long is the class?"

Class is approximately 6hrs. This may vary depending on the learner.

"Can I provide my own hair?"

Hair is provided, however, if you would like to bring your own hair it must UNUSED bundles and lace.
